my room was super spacious! it included air conditioning and a fridge which was awesome for the heat. the staff was helpful and the coffee was free. the location was great as it was close to everything i needed.
the noise from other rooms was a bit loud!

the location was good, close to many attractions.
I was very disappointed with the noise levels. i could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, footsteps, conversations, and even the sewage. the hotel tried to address the smell, it didn't really work. plus, the breakfast was subpar. The variety was limited, and some items didn't seem fresh.

The location was great. It was close to the Royal Palace and Plaza España. I also liked the complimentary water and coffee available 24/7. The staff was attentive and helpful. They were always available when I needed assistance.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms.
